Mammography is highly accurate and safe

Mammography is a non-invasive clinical diagnostic method specifically used for breast examination.

Molybdenum target examination has a higher resolution than ultrasound examination, is more convenient to operate, and causes less patient pain. The disadvantage of mammography is that it is difficult to distinguish the full extent of overlapping lesions, which can easily lead to false positives. Molybdenum target examination is applicable to breast cancer screening for women of all ages.

The accuracy of mammography can reach 94.73%

In the minds of many people, mammography can be harmful to the breasts, and even its radiation can cause cancer. Indeed, prolonged exposure to mammography can cause damage to the skin and breasts, but compared to other X-rays, it is milder and has fewer side effects. Secondly, the duration of mammography is not long and generally does not pose any harm to the body.







Moreover, the accuracy of mammography is also very high. Beijing Changping District Maternal and Child Health Hospital once conducted a study to investigate the detection rate of 19 breast cancer patients in molybdenum target examination. The results showed that the molybdenum target detection rate of 19 cases was as high as 94.73%, with only one case not detected. The detection rate of breast ultrasound examination is 89.47%. This indicates that the accuracy of molybdenum target examination is superior to that of ultrasound examination.
